Relatively recently opened, this is part of the fast-expanding Cafe Rouge chain and follows the French-cafe-by-numbers template to the letter. Large wine list, Stella on keg and a few expensive bottled lagers available. It's in a prime location and is one for the yummy mummy brigade who frequent the Oracle.
