Will Larter left this review about Reform Inn

This is a food led pub, with a remnant of the original pub still offering some good cask beers. It's not the best looking pub in the Staffordshire Moorlands, but once inside it's smart in the modern fashion, with a large space in front of the bar, and smaller areas with dining tables. To the right on entering is a room with sofas in front of a fireplace (solid fuel stove - not lit though it's pretty cold today). The bar counter is rather ugly, with wood panels on the front which looks fake but could be repurposed, I suppose, and a beaten copper top. A row of eight keg taps are on one of those tubular arrangements, next to which the five hand pumps (one unused) look like subtle marvels of engineering. Beers include Abbot and Doom Bar, with two locals from Wincle and Storm. My half of Storm Isobar was probably the best example I've had of a beer calling itself a session IPA (NBSS 3.5, £4.70/pint). The background music is dire.
