Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Chiquito

Cavernous 'Mexican Grill' restaurant with a bar area in one corner. Modern furniture and decor. Patio terrace to the front. No real ale of course; could have got a keg Boddingtons but opted for the bottled London Pride (but perhaps wished I hadn't when charged £5.25...).

Chiquito is a Mexican themed restaurant and bar.
Once inside there was one large square shaped room,the bar and drinking area was to the front right,this was a pretty small area with a tiled floor and some tables and chairs.
The dining area to the left was a lot bigger and had all tables laid out ready for the hungry hoards,this area had American diner type seating and normal tables and chairs.
The ceiling looked strange with curved wooden slats,which tried to cover the crap looking ceiling above it.
There were no real ales on the bar,well that surprised me,the only bitter was the worst beer that is now available,Boddingtons keg fizz crap,this was a really fizzy crap drink,and it was £2.00 for a half.
The place was completly empty on my Wednesday afternoon visit,which did'nt surprise me as the food starters were priced at the £5.00 mark with mains over £10.00,the Merlin a short distance from here were doing main meals with a drink for just less than £5.00.
I am glad i did this crap bar as i car'nt see it lasting much longer on what i saw on my visit.
