Eden is a café bar with a black and white tiled front seating area where high tables and stools sit between exposed brick walls up the left and right. A ramp then leads up to the bar area where a serving counter with a tiled back bar sits on the right-hand wall. With eight craft keg options alongside Guinness I decided to try Cloudwater Brewing’s Fuzzy which was ok, but I wouldn’t order it again. The tiled floor along counter runs into laminate where large tables for groups and standard tables and chairs can be found. There was some loud soulful background music playing to the ten or so customers during a recent Wednesday early evening visit. The service was polite, but I don’t see myself coming here again.

Small wine bar with a restaurant area to the rear. There's a tiny lounge to the rear on the right. A few comfy seats at the front and a small patio with 4 tables overlooking the extremely busy Heaton Moor Road. Surprisingly there are 2 handpumps on the bar, but only one was clipped. This was serving a decent pint of Marston's New World Pale, but at a rip off £3.80 a pint. It was OK for one on a pleasant afternoon, but I suspect I'll never call again.
