The Happy Return used to be a Shipstones tied house,this is an estate pub that was built in the early 70s at the same time as the flats nearby.
This pub has still got two rooms with a comfortable lounge and a bar,there was one real ale on here this was Everards Tiger bitter which was a decent drink.
This is a decent pub that has'nt changed that much over the years.
