A fairly modern and bland place, bar to left with plenty of dining covers to the right. Ornamental chess set laid out on a table – was it for use or decoration? I didn't ask I wasn't planning on staying long. The aforementioned blandness extended to a horrific airing of the Lighthouse Family’s Greatest Hits on the stereo. Two ales which were - bland alert! - Pride and a tinny-tasting and gassy Doom Bar. Argh.
