Graham Coombs left this review about Cross Keys

Modernised village local, definitely the focus for the community. Nice looking from the outside, but inside has been a little spoilt by some strange concrete reinforcement to the ceiling, which gives a very low feel, and some fairly bland decor. Pool and darts are housed in the extension to the right, while behind is a dining room, a part-open outdoor room and a beer garden with some serious play equipment. Ales on were TT Landlord and Black Sheep Best. A slight grumble in the volume of the indifferent music being played, which was almost impossible to escape inside, but otherwise a tolerable pub..

Old Boots left this review about Cross Keys

Village pub with a roughly rectangular interior, the counter is to the left as you enter, there’s a long seating and dining area with banquette seating to the right and ahead is a large sitting area with a couple of screens and a machine. Three hand pumps with Landlord, Greene King IPA and one with a glass on top. A good honest village local with no frills but doing a good job, it was very busy at 4 on a Friday afternoon. Lots of pine, both furniture and walls with cream paint or floral wallpaper.
