Blue Scrumpy left this review about The Mill

Roadside pub offering a friendly welcome. From the front you enter into the main bare-boarded bar area. Off to the left and rear is a dining room. Six Nations rugby had been shown, apparently with complimentary chip butties. We arrived a little too late to take advantage. An old mill wheel can still be seen down some stairs at the rear, where the toilets and an exit to the car park can also be found.

Wye Valley HPA is the regular beer. Guests were Wye Valley Butty Bach, Enville Ginger & Old Porter & Three Tuns XXX. Wye Valley Nightjar was the pick of the keg options. Ciders were Robinson's Flagon & Sharp's Cold River. I was pleased to see a dark beer on handpump. None of the other pubs we visited in Shropshire had one. It is in the current Good Beer Guide.

A nice friendly pub, this one. Children are also welcome.
