Fairly standard Greene King pub with one long odd shaped room although it was obviously two rooms at one time. Four pulls of Greene King delights at one end of the counter but just Olde Trip and a weak IPA clone a like, many UK standard kegs on various T-bars. Lots of screens with locals watching the footy. Cluedo based decor in one corner but the decor is largely faux Victorian elsewhere else

A small, friendly pub half way between Headingley and Leeds. Midweek it is populated by students popping over the road from the university. At weekend it can get full of "Otley Runners", doing the pub crawl down from Headingley. Tends to have Abbot Ale and another ale on, plus the usual range of lagers. The Eldon also serves food quite cheaply through most of the day. Most sport is shown on the big screen.
