Old Boots left this review about The Green Room
A small bar, in fact it's labeled as “wee bar” but it’s over two floors. Best described as crafty if a little self consciously so. Basic stone building with eclectic furnishings, rough wood floor and ceiling joists, hats for lamp shades and other daft stuff. Almost constant piped music although it does live sometimes, as the piano and amp in the corner testify. Didn't go upstairs and the five beers on were decent.

This appears to be a converted warehouse. There is a snall downstairs bar which is where the real ale is and this doesn't open until 16:00 on weekdays. Upstairs there is a bar with no real ale but the friendly woman behind it fetched up pints from downstairs. The downstairs room is small and cosy while upstairs is a large long rectangular room with the bar at the front and some sofas and low furnishings. Further back is a pool table, a bar football table and a further stage area beyond that.
Five beers were available from the six hand pumps MoR MoReish & MoR Tea Vicar, Inveralmond Ossian, Alechemy Ritual and Cromarty Whiteout. On an extended stay I tried the two MoR beers, Ossian and Ritual all at £3.95 but the very generous 15% CAMRA discount made the price a more reasonable £3.35.
There aren't many good choices for the real ale fan in Perth but this is one of them. It's GBG 2018 listed.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Green Room
Alehouse and live music venue, with a very rustic main bar featuring a limited amount a mixed furniture and a counter crammed with stools. Excellent selection of real ale styles from five of six handpumps, all from smaller Scottish breweries, from which I went for the Cromarty Red Rocker (£3.00).
