A hotel bar open to the public, which offers very little in terms of quality beer (no ale or decent keg) and is rather expensive. There's TV inside, usually switched to a film or the football. It does have a nice view of the Thames if you take a seat outside, though so perhaps worth a quick look if it's a summer's day.

Otherwise, it can feel a tad depressing as it's often empty. It could make a lot more of itself.
