Soup Dragon left this review about The Prince of Wales
An undressed brick terraced pub, with lovely Butler’s Brewery etched windows. There is a rear patio area.
The interior has two rooms. On entry, from the front, the bar is to the left. It is in white and red patterned wallpaper and has a pool table, dart board and a TV, on which there was Sky Sports News. The lounge, to the right, is L-shaped around the serving bar. It is in white and wood panel, also with white/red wallpaper and a bit of beige. It is a tidy room where they serve food – 2 meals for £7 and Sunday roasts – I didn’t eat so can’t comment on that. There were a few vases and things, arty pictures and chandeliers. There was also Sky Sports News on, on the TV. Background music was mixed and at a decent level, the service was friendly enough and the clientele consisted of a couple of guys in the bar.
Beer; tap stuff, with GK IPA and Banks’s MILD on handpull, the MILD was OK.
The nicest of the three Littleworth pubs, for the building itself, and probably the nicest for ambience.
