Overlooking the harbour with an L shaped interior as described by Quinno below( didn’t visit upstairs). 3 real ales.

Smallish one roomed bar adjacent to the harbour, with the seating plus a few booths mainly to the left. There was 3 cask beers on all from the Swannay brewery plus 3 on tap Punk IPA,Symonds cider and Magners. There was also beer paddles available for you to try a third of a pint of the 3 cask beers.

Another harbourside bar, this has had a modern but fairly comfy café-style makeover. L shaped with high backed mocha seating and some dark varnish panelling and a general theme of brown. Orkney history and quoted Island literature on the wall. At the shiny black bar were three ales, all Swannay; Scapa Special, Orkney Stout (good) and Orkney Blast (fine). Good to see a range of ale on here, shame there weren’t many people in to help drink it. It’s a decent stop and I suspect it’s pretty good on a busier evening in-season.
