Now open. A pleasant enough pub hidden out of the town centre. Set in a nice leafy lane the pub is located behind a bowls green. Open plan and tidy and bright. 6 handpumps on the bar but only 3 beers doubled up (Lancaster Bomber, Marston's EPA and Bombardier). Despite the rather pedestrian ales it was a pleasant enough pub. Whether its worth the walk out is debatable.
