E TA left this review about Beefeater Harbour Lights
A roadside Beefeater adjacent to a Premier Inn on a busytrading estate. There is a large car park which indicates pay-and-display, though this turns out to be nothing of the kind. There is a small, paved garden which is far from private, the only view being concrete and tarmac. Inside, it’s one large room, carpeted but on the plus side having a lot of comfy seating. The staff were young, inexperienced and jolly, the clientele a bit more mature and sensible then one might expect in such places. Even the young children were well-behaved. There were various gaming machines and an ATM in the bar. Food doesn’t need expanding on, and there was one ale – Doombar – which was in poor condition and not very enjoyable. OK for what it is and better than many of its ilk.
