Not sure this is really a pub, it is only open Wednesday to Saturday, shut Sunday to Tuesday, plus shuts two weeks in August & two weeks at Christmas, whoever heard of a pub shutting over Christmas period?

The web site lists all the wines, no mention of beer at all

Unfortunately I am only in area on Tuesday, so cannot check out if this is a 1 star Michelin restaurant or a pub with ambition

I suspect the former judging by web site & Google
