Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Revolution
Only went in because it seemed that nowhere else in the town centre (apart from the 'spoons) was still doing food mid-evening on a Thursday, and while my expectations were low... they certainly weren't exceeded. Little to say about the anonymous modern interior, and the beer choice was poor. made do with a Camden Hells (£5.40) with my meal, and then swiftly moved on.

if you have been to one of these before (or a Yates) then you know the score. modern, ultra sterile vacuousness. it's the only one open on King Street on an afternoon and probably the best by far at night.

Al Bundy left this review about Revolution
A few pubs I've been in in Wigan have been toothless, literally. Not so here. Here it seems that brain cells are the missing item. Typical hideous franchise pub aimed squarely at the thick and easily led. Open plan monstrosity which is more interested in cocktail wankery than beer. I don't like the Revolution pubs and this has done nothing to change my opinion.
