Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The West End Inn
Substantial pub, set back from the road by a patio seating area. However, no longer a Hungry Horse establishment, and no sign of food on a Friday lunchtime visit. The layout is probably unaltered following the change of ownership, with a bar and a separate room with further seating along the frontage, and a pool room further back at the other end. Plenty of TV screens, with major football and rugby matches advertised. Semi-modern furniture and decor throughout. Two handpumps on either side of the 'U'-shaped counter, both clipped for Doom Bar (£3.20) and Old Speckled Hen.
