Darkly lit, posh grub serving inn. Looked to be 5 or 6 ales on, including their own Shibden Mill Ale. It was probably possible to sit at the bar here and have just a drink, but it's very much a foody place but don't let that put you off. I imagine given the location it gets a lot of walkers. I'd worry about having so much ale on with how far out of the way it is - if not a long-range walker, you'd have to drive to get here (although there is public transport, it didn't look too frequent). Exceptionally friendly staff.
