Alan Winfield left this review about The Highfield
The Highfield is a largish pub that is set back from the road.
Once inside the bar area is oblong shaped with the bar facing, the seating is normal tables and chairs ans leather settees and small stools, the TVs were showing football.
There is a larger area to the right which runs to the rear, there is a stage to the far right, the seating is normal tables and chairs, there is also a pool table and bar football table in this area,it is carpeted throughout.
There were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Tetley Cask which was a decent drink, the other beer was Highfield Blonde.
This is a decent smart pub that caters for all types.
