Blue Scrumpy left this review about Three Horseshoe Inn

Llangeitho is a village in the middle of nowhere and the village pub is located on a very quiet roundabout, which effectively becomes the car park for the pub.

The name is slightly unusual. I would normally expect Three Horseshoes, as opposed to "Three Horseshoe", but the 's' is definitely missing. I'm not sure why this is.

You enter from the front into a very traditional bar area, with further small rooms off to the right and to the rear. We were also greeted with a couple of real ales, making it the first pub I'd visited on the day with more than one cask ale. The choice was between Evan Evans Cwrw & Gower Gold. We were also asked if we'd like to eat. Whilst the offer was extremely tempting, we had a deadline to be at our overnight accommodation, with one more pub still to visit.

The landlord was very friendly and was keen to help out my son with the wifi code. Without it, there is no mobile phone signal at all. WhatPub states that the pub only opens on Mon-Sat evenings, apart from a Sunday lunchtime session. This may be true, but we arrived at just 6:15pm to find the pub fairly busy, especially in the garden area where nearly all tables were taken.

A really friendly village pub, deservedly in the Good Beer Guide and worth seeking out.
