It says cocktail bar outside and yes it is, no draught beer although there are some bottled beers, all else is cocktail ingredients, even getting a single malt is a struggle. In the lower levels of Watergate St it is formed of two barrel vaults, the left hand one has the counter along the left side. lower on the right the second vault is a seating area and lower still are the lavs. High level benches down each side at separate round tables. Noisy piped music.

A very smart cellar bar specialising in wine and cocktails. We both had a glass of a decent Merlot which was fairly expensive. The music was much too loud on a Sunday night, so I shudder to think what it's like on a Friday night.
