Colin Walker left this review about Kings Bar @ Royal Hotel
The 19th century Victorian styled Roya Hotel is a very prominent building on the A9 in the centre of Bridge of Allan. The interior of the place has had a multi-million-pound modern upgrade. There is a large well-lit restaurant to the right. The main bar area to the left is also an eating area. As gin appears to be the up and coming re-introduced drink there are 36 gins available from £3.50 to a Monkey 47 at £6.00. Also, whiskey, 9 off from£4.95 to a Dalwhinnie 15yr old at £6.50. Draught beer consists of Carling, MacLachlans, both at £4.00, Harviestoun Schiehallion & Staropramen both at £4.50. Bottled beers are Coors Light, Corona Extra, Estrella Galicia Alcohol Free, Guinness, Peroni & Punk IPA. I have only mentioned a few of the drinks available and when you see the bar it is covered in plenty of other spirits. There is plenty of parking available at both side of the hotel.
