David Walton left this review about Queens Hotel

Visited 03/06/26. Visited previously for ticking on 21/02/18 but visited numerous times before and since as close to oft stayed at Regency Hotel and once favourite (sadly now closed) curry venue on the island.

Cask here was four from Okells, the Smoked Porter, the Best, MPA and the TT Special the 1907. Keg amounted to Moretti, Guinness, the Snaafel Pilsner and the Nectar NEIPA both from Okells, the Falcon lager, Carling, Staro and Orchard Isle cider.

The Queens is one of my most visited pubs on the island. There is good amount of typical patio style seating at the front just off the promenade, furiously popular on a day absent racing due to adverse weather earlier today. On the right-hand side, which is colourfully tiled around the bar counter which is on the rear wall and stretching round to the left-hand side of the venue, with bare boards in the very right most side and housing the pool table. Generally regular tables in the front windows facing the bar counter and some tall stools around a couple of pillars with drinking ledges between the bar counter and the pool table area. There is a large screen on the right most wall above a decorative fire grate and the walls generally house lots of TT photos. The left-hand side of the pub is bare boarded apart from the tile skirt around the continuation of the bar counter this side, wood panelling on the left most wall and regular tables and chairs generally set for and fully occupied by diners on my visit.

Large pub on the seafront with outdoor seating at the front of the bar, on my recent visit on a Saturday evening was very quiet, had a very good pint of Okells pale ale, reasonably priced.
