An undressed brick cottage style detached pub, with central entrance, leaded windows and a small patio area
The pub is technically open plan but is in fact in two halves, served by a central bar, though everyone seemed to be in the left half. The decor is a mix between white artex, wood panel, undressed brick and a cream patterned wallpaper, with green seats. There are jugs, old pictures and other bits of ephemeraThere is a pool table and a dart board. There were a couple of TVs, silent, with the darts on. The service was fine and the general music was at a decent level. The clientele - well a busy and friendly enough locals pub
Beer; tap stuff with a good Enville Ale and Banks's MILD
I liked it in here - again, the beer choice is limited compared to some of the other Kinver pubs, but the quality of the Enville made up for it - pop in for one, you wont regret it.
