A fairly unsavoury sort of place I thought, although I did arrive in the hiatus between two live football games so it was a bit chaotic. The staff were dealing with things pretty well though. A surprisingly small bar area for the size of the pub and far too many bar stools around to make navigation easy. I suspect it’s the sort of place where people set up camp for a game and never move. Now a £10 minimum spend per person during live games.

This is a decent enough pub for watching football in as it has 3 plasma screens, one of which is huge. I watched the first half of the Arsenal v Spurs game in here and they also managed to have the Chelsea game on a little old TV in the corner. Barman was nice enough and there were signs up that there is a minimum £5 spend when live games are on – fair enough.
The crowd was good for Burnt Oak, but I don't think I would bother with here if there was no match on.
