Update: Being converted into yet another Tesco Express.
Recently closed, a bit of digging has revealed a planning application has been approved by Epsom&Ewell council for an extension and conversion of the upper areas to flats with the ground floor remaining in commercial use. Whether "commercial" means continued use as a pub remains to be seen.

Fairly basic pub aimed at sports fans - big screens, pool tables etc. Seemed a bit empty of furniture. Not really worth going to unless you are desperate to watch the footie.
