I had a half of Camden Pale at £2.90. There's no real ale of course, but they had all kinds of fizzy keg stuff such as Leffe Blonde, Starpramen, Stella and Camden Helles. There was a cocktail menu on all the tables, but I didn't see a need to look at it. They do food of course - a standard burger is £14.95, and as an example a club sandwich is £9.95. It's not cheap of course, but that's Central London for you.
This is a brightly lit bar just about underneath Waterloo East Station, and n a side street over the road from Waterloo Station. Decor is various retro French-themed advertising posters for French things such as Champagne, the Monte Carlo Grand Prix (Monaco I know, but near as dammit French) or Dubonnet. I wonder if they could produce a Dubonnet if HM dropped in for a swift one?
This place is handy for the two Waterloo Stations but it's not really my sort of place.

More a bistro than a pub. The upstairs is more of a restaurant, while the same menu is available in the downstairs bar; the latter feels more convivial. The food we had was tapas-style, though there are other things on offer. It was well cooked, enjoyable and not too expensive for the area. Still no real ale on, which lets it down slightly, so I settled for Punk IPA in bottles, predictably overpriced. I wouldn’t be averse to coming back to eat as it’s convenient to both Waterloo Stations, but drinking is best done elsewhere.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Auberge
Bar / restaurant in a rather inconspicuous position adjacent to the side-street entrance to Waterloo East station. Irregular layout. Modern furniture and decor; and, whilst clearly food-orientated, the tables were not specifically set aside for dining. Also has a few stools along the central bar counter. Signs indicate an upstairs dining room and roof terrace. No real ale, and the keg selection is dull and expensive, e.g. London Pride, £2.75/half, £4.95/pint.
