The Wheatsheaf is a smallish stone built pub that is just off the busy A6 through Dove Holes.
Once inside we went in a smartish lounge type room that had a large bay window in it,this room was quite smart and carpeted with bench seating.
This pub is a Robinsons tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Robinsons bitter and this was a decent drink the other beer was Robinsons mild.
This was mainly a locals pub and it was fairly busy on our dinner time visit.
