Now called Churchill's. Identical to all the other bars in this area. A large open plan place with fizz-u-likes and cocktail dullness abounding. Not cheap either.

Purpose built unit at the rear of the Mailbox development, on the middle level.
Modern interior to fit with this recent-ish complex, there is a feature fire place in the middle of the single room, with seating around it. The rest of the room is brightly lit, mainly round wood tables with chairs and a black and white 'tartan' pattern.
There is a revolving piano in one corner.
As the name suggests, this is a champagne bar, after upmarket trade. All rather modern and boring.
What bugs me about this sort of place is, they are looking to offer upmarket quality but can only offer a very poor keg John Smiths as an ale choice. Just lazy to me.
Champagne is £7.50 a glass.
