Strongers . left this review about The Prince Albert

The prince Albert is a community pub with a generous sized car park and a large grass covered beer garden with picnic tables and lots of children’s play equipment at the rear. The L-shaped open plan interior has a worn wooden floor and a stool lined serving counter on the mid rear wall that faces some high tables and the entrance. There are three or four tables with chairs in the front left corner, and some sofas sit around a table in the left rear. Carpet runs up the right-hand side where the seating feels like it’s aimed at diners. TNT Sports is advertised, but during a recent late midweek afternoon visit the projector screen was rolled up and Tipping Point with sound was on the television. One of the three hand pumps was in use drawing Harvey’s Best and there was a very limited keg offering of Carling, Aspell’s cider, Henry Weston’s Vintage Cider and Guinness. The service was friendly and the locals were in good spirits, but as non-Copthorne resident this pub isn’t the easiest to get to, so I doubt I’ll revisit.
