Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Newnham Court Inn
Greene King pub / restaurant in what was once a farmhouse but is now located in the middle of a 'shopping village' built around a garden centre. Mixture of seating / dining areas in an overall L-shape around the central bar, all with anonymous semi-modern furniture and decor. Also has a good number of wooden tables in the front beer garden. Beer-wise, I found IPA (£4.00) and Abbot available from two of the four handpumps.

E TA left this review about Newnham Court Inn
A 'Fayre and Square' McPub hosting customers of the adjacent Newnham Court shopping centre. It is a highly contrived lard outlet with wooden and tiled floors, oak beams, gaming machines and tv screens. Posters for meal deals abound, and there is an ashtray-like terrace at the front offering a wonderful view of the car park. We were served by a monosyllabic pock-faced moron in a corporate shirt, an utterly charmless individual, but I guess they must pay peanuts. The only ale on was Doombar which, to be fair, was quite drinkable. Free wifi is available. It's just about bearable to hide in while the Trouble wanders around the garden centre looking at things she's got no intention of buying, but that's about it.
