Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Pier

Substantial 'bar & restaurant' overlooking the River Medway. Plenty of seating, both inside the semi-modern U-shaped bar and on the array of wooden benches at the front. Four handpumps on the counter, but only the London Pride (£4.35?) was on, with turned clips for Landlord, Black Sheep and Doom Bar also visible.
