Café Rouge, Henley Town, Henley-On-Thames

I do question entries such as this - ostensibly a café that serves some beer (in this case, Stella Artois on draught and some bottled stuff in a fridge). Anyway, I was met with effusive service, and although my bottled Page 24 Blanche beer set me back a cool £4.25, I was seated at a laid-out table (they all were) without fuss. An obvious shop conversion, it's rectangularly deep and there's a predominance of thin-wooded chairs and laid back French muzak. Is it worthy of inclusion on the Henley page? No way. Would you include this on a crawl of the town? No, but the welcome beats of a lot of pubs here, so fair play to them for that at least.
