The Farrier is a large L-shaped Brewers Fayre pub adjacent to Grantham’s Premier Inn. The entrance leads to an L-shaped bar counter that turns into a carvery towards the right-hand dining area where tables disappear into the distance. The is some bar seating up the left, but it’s not very interesting, much like the cask options of Doom Bar and Greene King IPA from the two hand pumps. Standard and premium keg options are also available to sup on while listening to chart music in the background. The service was polite, but I was glad to leave for town.
