Blue Scrumpy left this review about The Temple Bar
Situated on a prominent corner at a roundabout on the A483, this is a popular bar with a couple of rooms and some outdoor seating too. The main room has some exposed brickwork and notably some old Corgi toys. A TV was showing the women's Rugby World Cup final. A second room seemed popular with younger drinkers and contained a pool table. Toilets are downstairs.
There are 3 handpulls on the bar. Only 2 had beers from Wye Valley - HPA & Butty Bach. The third had a turned Three Tuns Best clip. Pick of the keg beers was Tiny Rebel Rebel IPA. Ciders were from Thatcher's - Haze, Apple & Blackcurrant, Cloudy Lemon & Blood Orange, as well as Sharp's Cold River. Milkshakes were also available.
Service was friendly. This pub can be found in the Good Beer Guide alongside the nearby Arvon Ale House. It was ok but if I had time to visit just the one, the Arvon Ale House it would be.
