Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Miners Arms

Community local with an opened-out J-shaped layout, and given a surprisingly light refurbishment at some stage. That said, the bulk of the seating comprises more traditional banquettes around the periphery (apart from the small darts area). There are also some B&W photographs of the former Newdigate Colliery illustrating the local heritage. Wasn't necessarily expecting any real ale, so it was good to find the What the Fox's Hat? from Church End (£3.60).
