Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Friars Oak
A sizeable Brewers Tudor dining pub with some 'Arts & Crafts' touches located just beyond the northern edge of town, not obviously branded but part of the Vintage Inns chain. Various smart dining areas on each side of the spacious central bar, all with a tasteful (if slightly sterile) look. Plenty of outdoor tables in the side / rear beer garden. Just Harvey's (£6.00) on the three handpumps, with a fairly limited selection of standard keg beers also available.
