Delightful village pub with a multi room layout plus a great courtyard garden. Just the two pulls but in good condition, it’s GBG2022 listed. Woodforde’s Wherry and Adnams Eastern Edge Golden Ale as a cask choice with a normal sort of keg choice, it occasionally has beers on gravity dispense as well but not this time. Furnished with comfortable bench seating at scrubbed kitchen tables with lots of brewery mirrors and posters including some from the Norfolk ones destroyed by Watneys, old photos and royalty pictures as decor, quarry tile floors in a largely unspoiled pub. Staff were a little over solicitous and I think we were meant to go to a hatch in the yard rather than straight to the rather small hatch like counter inside in a Covid hangover.
