Well-known country pub just slightly away from the urban development surrounding Paisley and the airport. Although quite well-regarded for food and with a broadly upmarket feel, the bar retains an impressive pubby feel and the character has in no way been compromised. A separate restaurant can be found off to the right. It is also noted for real ale, which isn't always guaranteed in Renfrewshire. Easily accessed from ex-railway paths that criss-cross the area. This one is worth going out of your way for.

Excellent wee pub with a roaring fire when I checked it out last Saturday. Nice with good variety of beers including Jarl which I can recommend. Traditional beers and lagers too. Very friendly staff and locals as well.
