Three beers on: Castle Rock Kiss Me Willy, Oakham JHB, Thornbridge Wild Swan all at 3.8% or below. Certainly not as portrayed in the 2011 GBG and Mr Fastard's explanation below provides the reason.
I'd look in again if in the area but as things stand not worth a special visit.

Any pub with a sandwich board outside with the wording "As good as it gets" and "The perfect pint" is offering a hostage to fortune and neither claim stood up to scrutiny. The interior was quite basic with a pool table dominating the left hand lounge and a laddish atmosphere.Three low strength ales(3.6% to 3.8%,all £2.50) on handpump with Oakham JHB the best option but nothing warranting a long stay.We subsequently discovered, later in the evening at another venue, a sad tale of the recent death of the respected landlord. The GBG listing may well be suspended and if my visit was anything to go on,it may be a while before it reappears in that publication.
