The Union Inn is on the opposite corner to the Bird in Hand and the Union was the closest Hartleys house to Hartleys brewery which has now sadly been closed down by Robinsons of Stockport.
There were a couple of rooms inside that we noyiced and we had a drink in the bar which was fairly basic but a decent enough room to have a drink in.
There were two real ales on the bar and we had a drink of Hartleys bitter and this was a very nice drink the other beer was Hartleys XB.
