Old Boots left this review about The Blue Bell Inn
Traditionally decorated in proper pub colours, darkish wood, nice carpet, some odd balustrading separting various areas. No surprises in the beers, Fosters, Guinness, Cider, Kronenberg plus two handpulls; one with Jennings Bitter, the other with Marstons Pedigree. My Jennings was passed its best, an interesting collection of pump clips above the bar suggests they have had some more exciting ales before, I spotted Brains SA, Tom Woods and Titanic amongst others. A pool table lurks at the back of the main room where a small TV competes with the sound system. Pleasant enough pub, staff are friendly and the food definitely cheap, I didn't try it but the sign says "starter, mains or dessert £1" .
