Nice looking semi circular corner pub from the outside, inside it’s a bit of a basic one space music pub with a central bar, stage at one end and pool table at the other, mainly carpeted throughout with a red Axminister that looked like it had seen a fair bit of life, not dissimilar to some of the locals who were in on this particular Sunday evening, enjoying the solo singer and guitar player who was in-situ on the stage.
Two hand pumps on one end of the bar but only one in use with a decent enough Woodforde Wherry. This one does also attract a few tourists being at the end of the section of Regent Road from the sea front that is a bit of a restaurant and fast-food artery. I would be tempted to return if there was a decent band playing, otherwise not for me.

On a recent visit to Great Yarmouth I had a couple of pints of Suffolk Aspel cider
in here on a Thursday evening, a good mix of locals and tourists, there was a female
singer performing on that evening who was pretty good.
