Brazilian restaurant with a bar and you can just drink in here. Decent - if inevitably vibrant - decor. One Brazilian beer on, £5.80 for a pint of Carioca. Enjoyment tempered by some goon on ethnic drums getting some practice in by drowning-out the piped music. There was a live band later with Rugby Union (?) also on the TV. Our initial polite demure waitress was replaced by a comedy olive-skinned stereotype in tight yellow tee, tiny shorts and blue contact lenses, so that was memorable. Food was decent. One of those that’s difficult to grade. As a restaurant operation it was fairly good but the average pubman won’t be samba-ing their way over. A couple of extra South American beers wouldn't go amiss.
