Excellent and friendly old village pub, traditionally furnished and well-run. Bar to the left hand side with lots of wood panelling, leading through to a games room with darts and pool. To the right is the plusher lounge and restaurant with exposed stonework, deservedly popular for food, with an outdoor area to the rear. A couple of real ales available including local breweries and guests.
