Graham Coombs left this review about The Dragons Head
Lovely little pub tucked away up a valley, popular with walkers. The front is in a wisteria-covered terrace of cottages, thankfully with a car park created at the far end. The aged interior has some dark and cosy rooms with beams and fairly low ceilings, decorated with many pictures and other stuff. There is a good drinking room by the bar, with the rest mainly set out for food, including an extension room which can be reserved for private use. At the back is a small patio area, with a larger lawned garden with benches. Draught ales at time of visit were Felinfoel Double Dragon and 6X, in excellent condition. Food is home made and very good. All in all, well worth the mile detour from the A40.
