Easily accessible from the Oakeley and the T22, 10 mins down the road. It’s a two bar place (discernible lounge and public) with a modern rear extension which majors on food. Fairly traditional decor and a cracking large garden with super views overlooking the Vale of Ffestiniog. There’s a model train on a track above bar which occasionally runs. Three cask, 2x Wye Valley and Purple Moose Elderflower (slightly pump tired, NBSS 2.5). The landlord was a bit taciturn but the other staff were more friendly to a stranger. One to go to on a sunny day and enjoy the garden view. 6.5
