Blue Scrumpy left this review about The Cross Keys Inn
Lovely pub in what is a very attractive large village. The entrance corridor has pictures of the former local railway station. A door to the right leads to the various rooms. There is a small room at the front with exposed stone walls, a larger room to the rear and a bar at the far end.
The bar itself is wooden and has 3 handpulls. Digfield Barnwell Bitter is the regular beer. King's Cliffe B5 was a guest beer, with the third handpull unclipped. Beavertown Neck Oil was the pick of the keg options. Ciders were Inch's & Old Mout.
A TV in the bar was showing live Six Nations rugby. The opposite wall has a propeller. Although I'm not sure of its significance. There was a certificate on the wall proclaiming it to be the local rural CAMRA pub of the year for 2024.
