A terraced pub with beer patio area at the back. The pub is in plain white, with blue paintwork around the door and windows to match its name. It looks a little tired now and the main room is accessed by steps from the entrance. The main room is L-shaped and in cream and slightly reddish wallpaper, with a white and beam ceiling and a brownish carpet. There is a small brick fireplace, a dart board and some circus pictures on the walls. The TV was tuned to a radio station for music. The service was fine and a few locals made up the clientele. Beer; no real ale just usual tap stuff and Sam Smiths Soverign Bitter at £2 a pint. A run-of-the-mill pub with nothing really for the real ale drinker. Happy enough to have popped in for one.
